Our aim is to develop the human capital’s calibre, deliberation and discretion to incorporate ideas into whole some projects and lay the ground work for a root to branch reform.

• Self-employmentopportunity in fruit farming and nursery management.
• Skills as plumbing, sewing, welding, tailoring, computing, photography, videography.
• Farming as cow farming, poultry farming, fishery.
• Bamboo plantations.
• Repair and maintenance of home appliances.
• Skills for women employability as beautician, hair dressing, manicure and pedicure skills, embroidery, fashion designing, mehndi and rangoli art.
• With two world-class institutions in Ahmednagar and Silvassa, the initiative ahs granted livelihood to over 50000 people who benefitted from the training and development programmed.
