Dr. R. S. Gunjal Welfare Foundation established Jan Shikshan Sansthan, Ahmednagar in year of 2005. The JSS is run by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India, New Delhi. The JSS, Ahmednagar is working for the socioeconomic development of illiterate, neo-literate and those with some education. The JSS, Ahmednagar provides vocational training of different course of various durations ranging from 5 days to six months.
The JSS provides life enrichment education along with the vocational training.
